When we grow, we fully accept who we are. When we accept who we are, we love ourselves fully. When we love ourselves fully, we allow the space for others to love us exactly how we deserve, that includes your children too.

When we Nurture SELF we can go home, back to that place where we are pure and free of stress, limitations and expectations. Through Nurturing ourselves we become better mothers, we can find better compassion and understanding for our children. We can begin to parent from a place of consciousness. Being aware, open and willing to learn is one of the greatest gifts you can give to your child.
