You know the really good type that just keep on juggling a million things at once, we got that shit on lock down. We try our best not to drop a damn thing.

We also love to carry everyone’s bags, mostly the really heavy ones. Our children’s baggage, our partners, the families, our sisters, the households, our parents, our friends, our work colleagues & even sometimes the worlds.

It’s just in our nature, we are the creators of life. We try to be the creators of EVERYTHING for EVERYONE at anytime.

And sometimes we just can’t keep going. The weight that we bare just gets too much for us to handle. We become disappointed with ourselves for not being able to keep it all up in the air, to keep all this shit together. We comedown hard, we start to doubt ourselves, we question ourselves, we start to feel anger and resentment and pain. Emotional pain!! That shit hurts the most. It hurts us and it hurts them. The ones that love us the most, the ones that we are surrounded by daily, the ones that are in our lives 24/7.

THAT IS WHY MUMMAS …………. we need us time. We need to be able to step away from all of them, from everything.

It is not being selfish, it is being LOVE. Showing yourself LOVE.
Showing up from a place of LOVE.
Being in a space of LOVE.
If we can not LOVE ourselves then we cannot LOVE them fully, the ones that mean the world to us.
